1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or integrating with the Woodle Lifescience platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, academic institution, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Service availability, maintenance windows, and targeted response times for mission-critical deployments are governed by your specific Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Academic Tier constraints. Woodle Cloud strives to maintain 99.99% uptime for all core execution and compliance services.
3. Acceptable Use & Governance
You agree to utilize our platforms exclusively for lawful, regulated scientific execution. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the Compliance Kernel, bypass the cryptographic audit logging, or intentionally falsify digital signatures within the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Woodle Lifescience engineers strict mathematical guardrails to prevent unapproved actions, our software operates as an assistive infrastructure. The client remains ultimately responsible for final regulatory filings, scientific outcomes, and enterprise deployments executed via our platform.
